This was a French translation of the International Star Bulletin published in London by Lady Emily Lutyens and D. Rajagopal. The Order of the Star, of which this was the official organ, was devoted to spreading word of the conferences and conversations of J. Krishnamurti, and it continued to do so after Krishnamurti in 1928 made it clear that his work had nothing to do with organizations.
