Bulletin of the library of the Theosophical Society at Adyar. A pamphlet series was put out under the same auspices. The journal published regular notes on the library’s holdings, especially manuscript holdings, together with translations of works held important by the Society, such as the Upanishads, and articles on various terms and concepts of important. Special numbers were issued on the occasion of the anniversaries of important dates and figures in the Theosophical Society. In later years the journal turned more to articles of general Theosophical interest. Most issues contain photographs of principal figures in the Society on the covers.
